13. Applicable Law; Venue. You agree that the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern these Terms and Condition of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and us or our affiliates. Any claims or legal actions by one Party against the other arising under the Terms of Use or concerning any rights under the Terms of Use shall be commenced and maintained in any state or federal court located in Franklin County, Ohio. Both Parties submit to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court.
14. Severability. If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
